The intital payment is determined by the purchase price. We do not mark up horses which we claim. Minimum purchase is 3%. See the example outlined below. The Initial Payment includes:
The purchase price, plus estimated expenses for the first three months.
We ask for 3 months expense money in advance, to help expedite payment of our bills.
Expenses are estimated at $20 per 1% per month if the horse is stabled
at Penn National.
Example:
Diamond Solitaire was claimed for $4,000.
