Crackling was claimed by Renpher Stable on February 19th, 2008.

He came into the race off a fast closing second at Charles Town. The night we claimed him he sat close to the pace. Making one bold move he outclassed the field winning going away.

Being a Pa bred, certainly adds to his attraction.
