Sir Socrates was claimed at Delaware Park on May 23, 2006.

He made his first start for Renpher Stable at Delaware Park
on 6/25/06.  Soc made a strong bid and tired.  

Next time out, 7/12, he was clearly second best cutting back to a sprint.

In his second start at Penn Nat'l, Sir Socrates wired the field winning by 4 1/2.
